On October 9, the SANY TRUCK 2025 “Service Across the Miles” initiative was officially launched under the theme “Value-Driven Service, Unwavering Commitment.” Under the overall leadership of Chairman Liang Linhe, a select team composed of senior executives and key personnel from marketing, service, and R&D has set out to provide proactive, on-site support to customers over a two-month period, delivering care and assistance directly where it is needed.

This year’s “Service Across the Miles” team will implement four key initiatives, aiming to visit and extend support to 3,827 fleet managers and drivers:
1. Expert Consultation: For complex or recurring issues encountered by service engineers on-site, experts will collaborate in diagnosis, develop immediate solutions, and oversee their execution.

2. Comprehensive Winter Inspection: Each vehicle will undergo a 26-point performance check covering critical components such as the battery, braking system, chassis, electrical, and electronic control systems, ensuring reliable and efficient winter operation for customers.

3. Express Parts Channel: A dedicated “green channel” for parts has been established to guarantee rapid supply and minimal downtime.
4. Practical Training Sessions: Addressing actual needs, SANY’s electrification R&D team will conduct hands-on demonstrations covering essential topics such as safety and energy efficiency, self-diagnosis of faults, and winter battery maintenance.




Customers have spoken highly of SANY’s direct service model, noting that it is “proactive outreach, not passive waiting.” With direct service engineers stationed near fleets and available around the clock, the relationship has been described as “just like family,” offering peace of mind to fleet operators. In contrast, some brands’ service hotlines remain unmanned during night hours—SANY’s “24/7 support” stands out as a distinctive value of its direct service approach.


Sincere service has earned genuine recognition from customers. Service teams have been presented with numerous commendatory banners, each expressing deep gratitude—a direct and resounding affirmation of the “Service Across the Miles” initiative.
