Late-Night Emergency Call, Plea for Help Amid Torrential Rain

Late on the night of May 22, heavy rain poured in Hunan. In mid-to-late May, a client urgently needed repairs for damaged parts repaired on a used trial vehicle. The vehicle's BMS went offline, preventing acceleration to highway speed and causing shutdown. He immediately contacted the driver, advised on safety measures, and drove to the scene at once. Despite sharp mountain curves and poor visibility, his rescue mission never paused.


Troubleshooting in Darkness, Lighting Hope

With no streetlights at the site, Jiang Zhihong held a light in one hand and fixed the fault with the other. By 1 a.m., he successfully repaired the malfunction. Jiang Zhihong then followed the vehicle for unloading and the return trip, ensuring everything was normal before returning to base. This cross-city rescue earned the client's strong recognition of SANY service, who highly commended the direct service engineer and presented a banner.
