On April 25, SANY Group, together with a Vietnamese enterprise, held the official launch of SANY electric heavy-duty trucks at Vinpalace Co Loa Exhibition Center in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The event attracted an outstanding turnout of over 200 distinguished guests. Attendees included senior leaders from both parties, representatives of major banks across northern Vietnam, and executives from well-known transportation and industrial enterprises. This high-level gathering highlights strong momentum for scaling up green logistics deployment and accelerating industrial low-carbon transformation.

Amid volatile oil prices and rising operational costs, coupled with Vietnam’s COP26 commitment to achieving "net-zero emissions" by 2050, electric heavy trucks have evolved from an "experimental option" into a "strategic necessity" for logistics enterprises.

Building on this consensus, SANY Group and the company officially signed a strategic cooperation MOU on site, forging in-depth integration between SANY’s world-leading R&D technologies and local market service capabilities across Vietnam.

In his speech，Frank Edwin, Head of the Transportation & Energy Sector at SANY Global Direct Business Division, emphasized: "This is far more than just a product launch. It marks a crucial milestone in driving the electrification, modernization, and intelligent development of Vietnam's heavy equipment industry. 03 Launch Sells Out Instantly | 100 Heavy Trucks Signed On-site

Strong brand influence and proven product strength turned the launch ceremony into a vibrant signing session.

One leading enterprise took the lead in signing a procurement agreement for 100 SANY battery electric heavy-duty trucks, setting an unprecedented large-order milestone for this vehicle segment in Vietnam. Multiple transportation and industrial enterprises followed suit, signing procurement contracts ranging from 10 to 40 units apiece and pushing the event atmosphere to a fever pitch.

Following a solemn and warm ribbon-cutting ceremony, the first batch of SANY electric heavy-duty trucks was officially delivered to customers at the outdoor exhibition area, set to launch logistics operations across Vietnam.
